VTGO-PC 2.8 Advanced User Guide

To place an active call on hold, click the Hold button in the button bar.

While the call is on hold, caller information and the time on hold will be displayed in the call

status display.

To retrieve a call on hold, press the Resume button in the button bar.

Call Forwarding

To forward calls, click the "CfwdAll" button, or press F7, and enter the destination number. After

entering the forwarded number, you will hear a double beep, and the calls will be forwarded to

that number.
